  This is one of those hidden gems. Good flatbread, salad and plated options. They have an awesome mint lemonade. One of
  My fav things is that house made potato chips. Give this place a try next time your rolling through El Cajon.

  Our favorite lunch spot. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, delicious sandwiches, salads, and flatbreads. A great healthy option that’s not too pricey either.

  Been here several times and always had great food and service. Place is a bit small so be prepared for not having a place to sit as it gets crowded.

  Tried the veggie sandwich which was an absolute tasty delight! Amazing, hidden little gem of a cafe/restaurant, which sources its food (meat and fish) responsibly and good food in general seems to be a high priority here, as it should be. Vegetarians aren’t 2nd citizens, and meat eaters are catered for as always. All in all, just a beautiful place for everyone it seems.
  Parking can be a little tricky during busy hours in the day as this little location also houses a bunch of other stores. Give it a try if you like fresh food made well.

  We went in for the first time yesterday starving after being at the DMV and we were pleasantly surprised. I needed something other than pizza, which was appearing a lot in my searches for quick bites, and this stood out. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of seating both outdoor and indoor.
  
  We ordered one Nicoise and added seared Cajun tuna and one Autumn Pear and added free range chicken. We also ordered 5 sandwiches to go for the rest of the family. I wanted to try the soups so we were able to upgrade from the chips they offer with the sandwiches to soups for a little bit more. Since I was hungry, I also ordered one of their in-house brownies and a chocolate peanut butter bar. We ordered quite a bit and no one was disappointed.
  
  Everything was seasoned well, the salad greens were very fresh, the proteins were cooked perfectly and it was done fast. My only minor criticism is that that pears in the Autumn salad were a little under ripe - but they were also fresh and not canned so it really didn't bother us at all. This is a great place, would definitely recommend if you're in El Cajon looking for a healthy, tasty, organic, and fast meal.
